Delete your data, keep your account

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in to Hourly Prep.
2. Say which you want deleted: all study data, or AI tutor chats only.
3. We reply to confirm the request came from you, delete the data within 30 days, and email you when it’s done.
4. Then sign out and back in on each device so the app reloads your account.

“All study data” deletes

• Every practice answer, score, and mistake, and the progress and skill levels built from them.
• Your review queue and retries, daily goal history, streak, and unlocked practice sets.
• AI tutor conversations.
• Summaries shared with a parent or guardian.
• The previous scores you entered at setup, and your Ad measurement choice.

“AI tutor chats only” deletes

Your AI tutor conversations. Everything else stays. Tutor chats are also deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can turn the AI tutor off anytime in Settings.

What we keep

• Your sign-in, first name, and study plan settings (tests, test date, and daily goal), so your account keeps working.
• Premium and purchase records, kept for refunds, taxes, and store records. Your Premium access doesn’t change.
• Your AI tutor permission choice, and any AI replies you reported, which we keep for up to 1 year to review them.
• App analytics events. They don’t include your name or email, and they are deleted after 13 months.
• Emails you send us, including this request.

Deleted data can stay in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups are replaced. See the privacy policy for more.
