You can use the free website skill check for personal study. Your answers remain in this browser for seven days. It checks a small selection of skills and is not a full diagnostic exam or an official score prediction.

The Premium one-year pass provides one year of access from the verified purchase date, for one student, with no automatic renewal. The US in-app price is $100; web checkout is $90, a 10% discount. The local store price and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Sign in to the same student account on every device. The legacy annual-plan and guarantee provisions below apply only to purchases of that previous offer. Existing purchases keep the access term and refund rights agreed at purchase.

Agreement and eligibility

By purchasing or using Hourly Learning, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. A guardian who purchases access must be at least 18 and authorized to create access for the learner. The service is intended for learners age 13 or older in the United States.

Students are responsible for their account information and activity. If you are under 18, get permission from your parent or guardian before making a purchase. Guardians remain responsible for existing household accounts. Keep access codes and sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Legacy annual access

The previous annual offer is one prepaid 12-month access term for one learner. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. The access term begins on the purchase date shown on the receipt. Price and tax shown at checkout control your order.

An access code may be redeemed only for the learner connected to that purchase. Codes and accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared between households, or used to provide a commercial tutoring service.

Educational service

Hourly Learning provides study plans, practice, progress estimates, and tutoring support. For eligible existing annual purchases, our score-improvement money-back guarantee provides a refund when its study and eligibility requirements are met and the comparison score does not improve. It does not promise a specific point increase, admission result, or scholarship. Score outlooks are estimates with uncertainty and are not official scores.

AI tutor responses can be incomplete or incorrect. They are learning aids, not official exam guidance. Learners should use the explanations to work through a question and report content that appears wrong or unclear.

Hourly Learning is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with College Board or ACT. Third-party names belong to their respective owners.

Legacy plan: study requirements and guarantee review

The guarantee and refund policy forms part of these terms. To qualify, register a prior official score for one selected exam within 14 days of purchase, then complete 12 consecutive weeks of study. Each qualifying week requires at least 45 active minutes on each of five days, completed assigned practice, and review of missed questions.

Keep a dated study log. The parent and learner must supply accurate scores, dates, and study information. A person will review submitted work, session history, and the log against the published requirements. Idle time, fabricated activity, automated answers, and work completed by another person do not count. Incorrect answers and tutor use do not disqualify the learner.

The first valid official retake after the study period must occur before annual access ends. Claims are due within 30 days of score release. The policy explains comparable scores, tracking gaps, accessibility adjustments, decision deadlines, and the right to request a second review. We will not add conditions after purchase or treat dashboard minutes alone as proof of eligibility.

Acceptable use

You may use Hourly Learning for personal, non-commercial study. You may not:

• copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or publish our question bank or software;
• share protected test questions or use the service to cheat on a live exam;
• probe, disrupt, bypass, or misuse security or access controls;
• use automated systems to extract content or overload the service; or
• use the tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

Content and account action

Hourly Learning and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, visual design, and original learning content. Your purchase gives the household a limited, personal right to use the service during the access term; it does not transfer ownership.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or a material violation of these terms. We will provide notice when practical. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep Hourly Learning accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and Hourly Learning is not responsible for decisions made solely on a predicted score or tutor response. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will remain posted here. Material changes apply prospectively.
