Can I cancel?
Seasonal is one payment for 12 months of Premium. Monthly renews each month until you cancel it in Premium on the web, and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Only through our score guarantee, which covers Seasonal bought here on the web and official tests taken at least 12 weeks after you buy. Apart from the guarantee, payments aren’t refundable, so take the free diagnostic and try free PSAT prep first. Monthly can be cancelled anytime to stop the next charge.
Does it work on my phone too?
Yes. Premium attaches to your Hourly Prep account, so it works in the app and on the web.
